Good afternoon.

La Moille Community School District #303 will be hosting a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic on September 25, 2021 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. This clinic is in partnership with the Illinois COVID-19 Vaccination Outreach Team. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is authorized and recommended for persons 12 years of age and older. Students receiving the vaccination must have parents present and sign a consent form at the site.

The clinic is also open to any community members interested in a vaccination. Registration for the clinic can be made by contacting the district office at 815-638-2018. Walk-ins are also welcome. A second dose clinic is scheduled for October 18, 2021.

To help ensure the safety of the students and staff of the La Moille School District, please call the School Nurse if your child is:

· Displaying COVID Symptoms

· COVID positive

· Close contact

· Living with a COVID positive member of their household

· Under quarantine by the County or doctor

· Being tested for COVID

This information is important to maintaining in-person attendance.
