Summer Learning Opportunities

*Credit Recovery Summer School 06/01/21-07/29/21, Mon.-Thurs., 8am-12pm. This is is available to District students who have completed grades 7th-11th and pre-registration is required.

*21st Century Summer Programming at Van Orin Elementary, Allen Jr. High, and LHS. Information was sent home before the end of the school year.


*LCUSD Wellness Committee

Parents and community members are always welcome to join the District Wellness Committee. Please contact the high school at 815-638-2144 if you are interested. The policy and assessment can be found under District Business, Board Policies.

Good afternoon and happy spring!

I hope that the warming temperatures and green grass has placed winter behind us and presents us with continued improvements ahead. On the academic front, we have our students moving forward with in-person learning five days a week. Our attendance and performance in the classroom have continued to improve, despite the challenges faced by schools during this pandemic. These unprecedented times have challenged every student, staff member, family, and community stakeholder in various ways. Although times have been difficult, we continue to persevere as a district and communities. As we continue to move forward, our goal is to establish a new normal for students and stakeholders in the La Moille School District....

La Moille CUSD #303 e-Learning plan for school closing

In the event of inclement weather, La Moille CUSD #303 will implement e-learning days to avoid interruptions in instruction that occur when school cannot be held district wide. Announcements for school cancellations will identify the implementation of an e-Learning day.

COVID-19 Sympton Reminder

To help ensure the safety of the students and staff of the La Moille School District, please call the School Nurse if your child is:

· Displaying COVID Symptoms

· COVID positive

· Close contact

· Living with a COVID positive member of their household

· Under quarantine by the County or doctor

· Being tested for COVID

This information is important to maintaining in-person attendance.
